Spam in the place where you blog...

Some of you may have noticed two comments this posted to the blog within the last few days that seem a bit out of place.  It appears our blog has made it onto the radar of spammers.  To deal with this, I have changed the comments settings.  If you post a comment and it doesn't show up immediately, don't worry.  It will, after I'm notified of its submission and let it through.  This has become necessary so I can weed out the spam comments.

I'm not sure how or if the commenting process will look different, but if it does, this is why.  Also, if you are a member of the blog, I believe your comments do not have to go through the "approval" process.

Thanks for continuing to visit, to read, to comment.  While all of the traffic you have generated is probably why we are now getting spammed, we are nevertheless grateful for all of you, your support, and your prayers.
