Since Christie Huggins has a heart for cardiac babies-- her son, Blake, is a hypoplast, as was her sweet Tristan-- she thinks of both Ayden and Jude often. She sent the boys matching sleepers reflecting the physical hardship they have to endure and overcome during their three surgeries, the Norwood, the Glenn, and the Fontan. Thanks, Christie, for loving on our boys!
We used to swaddle Ayden at bedtime, but we have discovered that he has become quite the Houdini! Rather than have Ayden fight the swaddle all night, we figured he was ready for some pjs. The pictures below reflect the first night's sleepwear on our crusade to help Ayden (and us) sleep more soundly. (P.S. It's
sort of working.)

Jude, I'm so glad you are at home! Be nice to your mommy!
