Don't panic. Ayden is NOT revisiting the hospital. This blog post is
good news! Ayden is returning
to Ayden. We feel as though we are officially beginning to see our little boy again. He has been much happier more consistently. Daytime routines are forming. (Unfortunately, nighttime is still a nightmare.) He is willing to play independently, and he also responds more favorably to sitting up, rolling over, trying the bottle, taking a bath, etc. We are enjoying his babble, his bright eyes, and his many facials.

Did you just catch me kissing the octopus?!?! |

This is much closer than I remember. |

Mommy, let's make a deal: I can watch the Disney channel,
and you can stick the bottle in my mouth. Yeah? |

Auntie Courtney made me these overalls,
so I will fit in in Nashville.
I really need cowboy boots to match Mommy's. |
I came across your blog by chance and I have to say it really helped my wife and I. We have a 11 month old baby boy who spent 1month in the nic-u and 2 month in the PIC-U. He (Lucas) has a G-Tube, Shunt, and a TRACH. It amazes me to see how strong your little boy is. I wish you and your family nothing but the best and I think that your family is very strong to share your story. My wife and I know how hard it is to go through all the surgery's and waiting. We are praying for your family. webransom@gmail.com
