On April 18, 2010, Bryan and I were at the Nashville Film Festival celebrating Phillip Glasser's work on the film Endure. I began having contractions during the film viewing, but Ayden held out until the next day before saying "hello" to the world.

And now he's been with us a full year. He's spread his joy and been a testimony of God's Great Strength to thousands of people, and Bryan and I have gotten to witness it all.

I went to an occupational evaluation today, so I had an outfit quick change when I got home.
Happy Birthday Ayden! I can't believe its been a whole year. I'm so lucky to have been able to watch you grow up! You are one precious boy.
