They switched Ayden's formula to Monogen with the hope that he can break down the proteins more efficiently. However, Monogen is still a milk product, so we shall see if his body can figure it out. (For those of you who want more details: Enfaport's total protein is 3.55g/100kcal; 100% of that is casein, which is the larger of two milk proteins. Monogen's total protein is 2.68/100kcal; 60% of that is whey, and 40% is casein.)
